Vintage embroidery floss - Curated set of 5 (you choose a colour!)

A little bundle of vintage colour for slow stitching, junk journals, textile art and creative play.
 
These embroidery threads have been collected from older sewing and embroidery supplies and are genuine vintage stock, with many skeins from familiar makers such as DMC and Anchor, alongside other vintage brands.
 
Each set contains 5 full skeins. I will only select skeins that appear unused and complete, but please bear in mind that these are vintage items and their age and storage history are unknown.
 
Choose your colour family by leaving a note with your order — for example: blues, greens, pinks, neutrals, autumn colours, jewel tones, pastels, brights, a mixed selection etc.
 
You can also give me a general direction such as “dusky blues and greens” or “surprise me with vintage florals”.
I'll then choose five skeins from the available stash that work nicely together.

This is not a colour-code matching service. Specific DMC/Anchor numbers cannot be requested or guaranteed.
 
Colours, brands and thread types will vary according to available vintage stock.
 
While the skeins selected will appear unused/as-new, no guarantee can be made regarding the strength, colourfastness, fibre condition or suitability of vintage thread for a particular embroidery project.
 
These are best suited to slow stitching, visible mending, textile collage, junk journalling, mixed media and general crafting where exact colour matching isn't important.
